DIVISIONS:              18+ Majors, 18+ Minors, 18U Rookies

(Majors Division is the highest competitive level – high school and college experience, ex-pro)

(Minors Division & Under 18 is no experience or youth softball & some high school experience)

PLEASE NOTE:        (A division will occur if 4 teams register by the entry fee deadline. Extra Divisions may be created or merged based on the number of teams entered.)

FORMAT:                 

Pool play consisting of 3 guaranteed games.

A DEPOSIT OF $100 BEFORE JAN 21ST FOR TEAM ENTRY IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE PRORATED INTO THE PER PLAYER FEES AS NEEDED!

ENTRY FEE:            Player Fee – WFSA League Affiliated Team

                              $75.00 per player

Any team that does not have their deposit in by Febraury 21st will have a late fee of $5 per player added to their player fees.

Player Fee – Non WFSA affiliated League Team & Players

                              $85.00 per player

Any team that does not have their deposit in by January 21st will have a late fee of $5 per player added to their player fees.

The balance of the teams player fees must be paid in full by March 1, 2024 OR AT LEAST 10 PLAYERS FULLY REGISTERED!

If a team has not paid their balance in full by March 1, 2024,  a $50 late fee will be assessed to the teams total fees at check-in.  

WFSA reserves the right to refund and withdraw any team who does not meet the final payment deadline.

DISCOUNT FEE to the player fee: WFSA recognizes the support and loyalty of our WFSA teams. Upon registering for the tournament if your team plays in one of our sanctioned WFSA Leagues across the country you are eligible for the WFSA affiliated payer fee discount rate. Verification of playing in one of our sanctioned leagues will be verified through the WFSA league online registration system.  

COMMEMORATIVE   T-SHIRTS: 

Commemorative WFSA SPRING BREAK KICKOFF t-shirts are available for purchase.  Teams interested in purchasing commemorative t-shirts can order them for $15.00 each in small, medium, large and extra large, double extra large and Triple extra large.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY March 1, 2023 to have available for each team or players at the Tournament.            

ENTRY INCLUDES:  

Liability insurance for each team, fields, umpires, new softballs for each game played per team, scorebook, Lineup cards and Manager’s gift!

Lineup cards, tournament rules, team champion trophy, team finalist trophy, and individual champion Awards, individual finalist awards for runner-up, championship game MVP award, and championship game Gold Glove Award.

DEPOSITS: 

All teams must submit a non-refundable $100.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by March 1, 2024.
