(Majors Division is the highest competitive level – high school and college experience, ex-pro)

(Minors Division & Under 18 is no experience or youth softball & some high school experience)

PLEASE NOTE:        (A division will occur if 4 teams register by the entry fee deadline. Extra Divisions may be created or merged based on the number of teams entered.)

Pool play consisting of 3 guaranteed games.

A DEPOSIT OF $100 BEFORE MARCH 21ST FOR TEAM ENTRY IS REQUIRED 

ENTRY FEE:            Team Fee $699 (12 player Roster) – WFSA League Affiliated Team(s)

                              each additional player over 12 to a roster, fee is $30 each player

Any team that does not have their deposit in by March 21st will have a late fee of $50

                                           Team Fee $799 (12 player roster) - Non WFSA affiliated League Team(s)

                                each additional player over 12 to a roster, fee is $30 each player

Any team that does not have their deposit in by March 21st will have a late fee of $50.

The balance of the teams fees must be paid in full by May 1st  2026 

If a team has not paid their balance in full by May 1, 2026,  a $50 late fee will be assessed to the teams total fees at check-in.  

WFSA reserves the right to refund and withdraw any team who does not meet the final payment deadline.

DISCOUNT FEE to the team fee: WFSA recognizes the support and loyalty of our WFSA teams. Upon registering for the tournament if your team plays in one of our sanctioned WFSA Leagues across the country or your team is registered as a WFSA Tournament Team, you are eligible for the WFSA affiliated payer fee discount rate. Verification of playing in one of our sanctioned leagues will be verified through the WFSA league online registration system.  

COMMEMORATIVE   T-SHIRTS: 

Commemorative WFSA Roucky Mountaion Summer Kickoff t-shirts are available for purchase.  Teams interested in purchasing commemorative t-shirts can order them for $25.00 each in small, medium, large and extra large, double extra large and Triple extra large.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY May 20th, 2026 to have available for each team or players at the Tournament.            

ENTRY INCLUDES:  

Liability insurance for each team, fields, umpires, new softballs for each game played per team, scorebook, Lineup cards and Manager’s gift!

Lineup cards, tournament rules, team champion trophy, team finalist trophy, and individual champion Awards, individual finalist awards for runner-up, championship game MVP award, and championship game Gold Glove Award.

DEPOSITS: 

All teams must submit a non-refundable $100.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by May 1, 2025.
